My name is Szymon Jasiński. I am an ex clarinet player on his way to become an IT professional. I started my computer education from obtaining several CompTIA qualifications: A+, Network+ and Linux+. Currently, I I frequent an IT course at Southampton Solent University, where I am preparing to become a CCNA.
I also teach IT at one of Southampton colleges. The things that interests me most in computers are Linux and web design. The latter is relatively new to me, but I am doing my best. I have created serveral simple web sites, including this one. In a few months I am going back to Poland after over three years of living in England. I hope to start a professional IT career there.
My other interests include the English language, music and traveling. I also like digital photography. In sports, I hate football but love rolerblading, ice skating, cycling and swimming, especially if I’m doing it myself.
I created this website as an experiment to improve my IT skills. The HTML anc CSS codes for this blog were written by me in a text editor, and this page is displayed thanks to my old laptop running an Apache server on a Fedora 10 system.
